How to Order from PokeVault
Placing Your Order

Browse our products – Explore our collections of booster boxes, singles, elite trainer boxes and graded slabs.

Add items to your cart – Select the quantity and click “Add to Cart.” You can review your cart at any time by clicking the shopping bag icon.

Proceed to checkout – When you’re ready, click “Checkout” and enter your shipping information. All prices include VAT (where applicable).
Payment Options
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Maestro and Union Pay. Payments are processed through secure, PCI‑compliant gateways—your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Pre‑Orders
Occasionally we offer pre‑orders for upcoming Pokémon TCG releases. When you pre‑order a product:

Your card is charged immediately to reserve your item.

Estimated release and shipping dates will be displayed on the product page.

If the release date changes, we’ll notify you via email. You may cancel a pre‑order anytime before the product ships for a full refund.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. When your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to modify it.
Packaging & Condition
All items are carefully packed to prevent damage. Sealed products are shipped in their original factory condition; singles and slabs are sleeved and protected with appropriate packaging materials.
