Delivery Information

At PokeVault we want to make sure your Pokémon cards arrive quickly and safely. Our delivery policy outlines processing times, shipping options and what you can expect once you place an order.

1. Processing Your Order

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.

  • Pre‑order items will ship on or after their official release date.

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is processed and dispatched.

2. Domestic Delivery (United Kingdom)

We offer several delivery options within the UK:

Standard Delivery 2–5 business days Cost calculated at checkout based on weight & size
Tracked 24/48 1–2 business days Includes tracking and insurance
Express/Next‑Day 1 business day Available for orders placed before the daily cut‑off (usually 1 pm). Higher shipping fee applies

All delivery times exclude processing time and are approximate. During busy periods (e.g., new set releases), dispatch or delivery may take slightly longer.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear.

  • If you do not see tracking updates after two business days, please contact us.

4. Packaging & Protection

We take great care to pack your items securely:

  • Singles and slabs are sleeved, top‑loaded and shipped in padded mailers or boxes with extra cushioning.

  • Sealed products (boosters, ETBs etc.) are shipped in sturdy boxes with void filler to prevent movement.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to factors such as courier disruptions, extreme weather or high seasonal demand. We appreciate your patience and recommend checking your tracking information regularly.
