International Delivery

PokeVault ships Pokémon cards and collectibles to trainers around the world. Whether you’re in Europe, the Americas, Asia or beyond, we want to make sure you receive your order quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our international delivery services.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including:

  • Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland and more

  • North America: United States, Canada

  • Asia-Pacific: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Australia, New Zealand

  • Rest of World: United Arab Emirates, Israel, Malaysia and other select regions

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Rates: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions and destination. You’ll see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

  • Delivery times: Estimated delivery times vary by region:

    • Europe: 4–10 business days

    • North America: 7–14 business days

    • Asia-Pacific: 7–21 business days

    • Rest of World: 7–21 business days
      Please note that these timeframes exclude our order processing time of 1–3 business days and may be affected by customs delays or local postal services.

3. Tracking Your Order

All international orders include tracking. Once your package ships, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties & taxes: Customs fees, import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST) vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Customs delays: Occasionally, customs inspections may delay delivery times. PokeVault has no control over these processes. We recommend tracking your package and contacting your local customs office if you experience significant delays.

5. Restricted Items

Due to international regulations, some products may not be eligible for shipment to certain countries (e.g., sealed products containing food items or specific collectibles). If your order contains restricted items, we’ll contact you to discuss alternative options or provide a refund.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at pokevault.mh@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or within 30 days of the shipping date if undelivered). Include your order number and any relevant photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
